B. Dispute resolution

Alternative dispute resolution is an optional process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. You can submit a complaint to Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution through their website at https://www.cedr.com. Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution does not charge you for making a complaint and if you're not satisfied with the outcome you can still go to court.

C. Vehicle-specific information

Information provided on CO2 emissions, power consumption and electrical range has been determined on the basis of the prescribed measuring procedure and in line with Regulation (EC) No 715/2007, as amended. The information does not pertain to one individual vehicle and does not form part of the offer but instead is solely to be used in order to compare different vehicle types. The values vary depending on the special equipment selected.

Ranges determined on the basis of the standard WLTP cycle make it possible to compare between manufacturers. They also contain the measurement ranges achieved through recuperation (energy recovered from braking). The actual range may be lower or higher than the stated figures in certain circumstances due to individual driving style and behaviour, speed, acceleration behaviour, outside temperature, topography and use of electric vehicles. The values have been determined on the basis of the stipulated EU measurement procedure. Depending on the driving conditions, the values may vary from the stated values.

All images and illustrations are for information purposes only. They may depict special equipment that is not automatically included in the offer. Information on the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013 (as amended)

The UK enacted EU Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment recycling (WEEE) with the aim of protecting the environment. The key principles underpinning the WEEE Directive are the avoidance of waste that is harmful to the environment and proper handling when disposing of electrical and electronic equipment. In UK, the requirements arising from the WEEE Directive have been implemented in the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013. The following information provides an overview of the options for returning old devices and disposing of electrical and electronic equipment.

Disposing of electric and electronic equipment:

The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that you are required by law to dispose of this equipment separately from unsorted municipal waste (household waste). Accordingly, the equipment cannot be disposed of in the regular waste bin or yellow bin. Old equipment may contain harmful substances that could damage the environment or human health. If products contain batteries, rechargeable batteries or lamps that are not permanently installed, they must be removed prior to disposal and disposed of separately as batteries. Separation is not required if the old equipment is handed over to the public waste management authorities, where it is separated from other old equipment for recycling purposes.

Options for returning old equipment:

Owners of old equipment can return it free of charge to the facilities set up by the public waste management authorities for the return or collection of old equipment (notably municipal recycling centres) to ensure old equipment is disposed of properly. Addresses for collection points set up for returning electrical and electronic equipment free of charge are typically provided by the local authorities.

You can also return electric and electronic equipment free of charge to all smart service partners under the following conditions:

Small appliances with external dimensions that do not exceed 25 cm may be returned without any obligation to purchase a new electric or electronic appliance (max. three old appliances per appliance type).
When purchasing a new electrical or electronic appliance, you may return an old appliance of the same appliance type that primarily performs the same functions as the new appliance. If the new electrical or electronic appliance is delivered to you, the old appliance will be collected free of charge upon request from the address the new appliance is delivered to. Please note that if you make a remote purchase (e.g. online purchase), this offer is limited to certain appliance types (in particular heat exchangers, screens and monitors, and large appliances).

Data protection:

Please note that as the end consumer of electric and electronic equipment, you are personally responsible for deleting personal data on the appliances sent for disposal.

WEEE registration number:

In the course of the implementation of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013, we have registered as a producer of batteries with the Environment Agency (Legal Services, Horizon House, Deanery Road, Bristol, BS1 5AH) under the registration number BPRN10490.

Information on the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009 (as amended)

Used batteries may contain harmful substances that may damage the environment or human health, particularly if they are not stored or disposed of properly. Special care needs to be taken when handling batteries containing lithium (Li). Batteries containing lithium must not be heated or damaged. You can tell whether batteries or rechargeable batteries contain mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd) or lead (Pb) by the corresponding chemical symbol below the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol.

Batteries also contain important raw materials such as iron, zinc, manganese or nickel, which can be recycled. You are therefore legally required to return used batteries and rechargeable batteries in the proper manner and must not dispose of them in unsorted municipal waste (household waste). This is indicated by the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on the battery in question. Collecting and recycling batteries separately helps to prevent any negative implications for the environment and human health.

Please avoid creating waste from rechargeable batteries or batteries as far as possible (for example, use batteries with a longer life or rechargeable batteries), and avoid littering in public spaces (e.g. by properly disposing of used batteries and devices containing batteries). Before disposing of batteries, please check whether they can be recycled.

You can either return the batteries to us after use or return them free of charge in your local area (e.g. to smart service partners, physical stores or local council collection points).

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you are a business user:
